No updates since 2025 tells me this program is dead, no point provisioning in BOINC any more for rosetta since clearly no work is coming again. The communication from this project is terrible. |

It could be dead, probably is. In the meantime I'm pushing processor power towards WCG, for the most part. The other project I supported was DENIS@home, apparently there was only one person using it for research and they got their PhD so it went silent too. I do run a few Einstein@Home also, very few by choice. |

No updates since 2025 tells me this program is dead, no point provisioning in BOINC any more for rosetta since clearly no work is coming again. The communication from this project is terrible. The question is, i think, only one. The latest versions of Rosetta code works incredibily well with AI hw. The latest home hardware (from the last 2 years) supports AI. The volunteers are ready. So, why not Rosetta@Home wus? 'Cause it needs a deep revision of the code that our pcs crunch And i think that admins don't want/are not interestes/it's too difficult/impossible/etc And, as i said elsewhere, it's a pity |
